How it works
Track, understand, improve.
Everything in one place
Connect Health Connect on Android and your steps, sleep, heart rate, workouts and water sync on their own. Log your weight in seconds; offline logs sync later.
Advice that fits your numbers
Each metric gets a plain-language reading: how you compare to the recommendation for your age, whether you're improving, what it means for your health, and tips you can act on today.
Motivation that lasts
Daily goals, XP, streaks, quests and badges reward consistency, not crash diets. Circles and leaderboards connect you with people at the same stage.
Milestone circles
Nine circles, one direction: yours
Losing, gaining or maintaining, you start in the first circle of your goal and move up when the scale says so. A bad week never kicks you out: a buffer and a grace period keep you where you earned your place.

Questions, answered
What Khatawaat is, what it costs and who sees your numbers.
What is Khatawaat?
Khatawaat (Arabic for “steps”) is a health community in Arabic and English. It brings your health data together — steps, sleep, heart rate, weight and more — explains what it means for you, gives personal tips, and keeps you going with XP, streaks, quests and circles of people on the same path.
Is Khatawaat free?
Yes. Creating an account and using Khatawaat is free.
How do the challenges work?
Quests are short challenges — steps, water, workouts, sleep, weigh-ins — that you join and check in to. Finishing one pays XP and can unlock badges, and every milestone circle has its own leaderboard and feed, so you are never doing it alone.
Who can see my weight?
Only you, unless you choose to share it. You can post or appear on a leaderboard anonymously, and you can export or delete your data whenever you like.
Is Khatawaat a diet or a medical program?
No. Khatawaat explains your numbers using public health guidelines and encourages steady habits, but it does not diagnose, treat or replace a doctor. When something looks worth checking, it tells you so. Talk to your doctor before big changes, especially with a health condition.
Is it only for losing weight?
No. Khatawaat is for anyone who wants to look after their health: sleep better, move more, keep a healthy heart rate, or lose, gain or maintain weight. Your goals, tips and circles follow what you choose.
